Delivery & Returns

We are based on the Isle of Man, all items are dispatched from us here on the Isle, we dispatch everything through the Isle of Man Post office which then meets up with the Royal Mail network in the UK and then passed on to further countries if required.

As we are based on an Island there may be some delays outside of our control due to the Mail leaving the Island this does not happen very often but can happen.

We aim to send all items within 2 business days

Delivery estimates from day of dispatch:

IOM/ UK/CI – up to 1 week

EU – Up to  3 weeks

Rest of the World – up to 1 moth

 

Any items outside the UK may have customs charges these are the responsibility of the buyer to pay, we fill out all customs forms to the true value.

 

Any return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and is the buyers responsibility until it arrives with us.

For ALL returns an RMA Number needs to be acquired and so we can provide you with the returns address, if this process is not followed there may be a delay with your return.
